1. Who can I contact about lost property?
Please contact the Union reception with a description of the missing item, date of the event and any other relevant information. They will check and if the item can be located will be in contact to arrange for you to collect the item.

The Union keeps items for a maximum of 4 weeks.
2. How can I travel to you?
The nearest bus stop is the University Of Surrey Building AX stop, served by the 1 and 17 routes.
The nearest train station is Guildford Train Station, a 15 minute walk from Rubix.
3. Where is the closest car park?
The nearest car park is University Of Surrey Main Car Park, Perimeter Rd, Guildford GU2 7JL. It is free after 6pm. There is also a pay and display next to it.
4. We’re looking at staying the night nearby – what accommodation can you recommend?
The closest hotels are:
Travelodge Guildford, Woodbridge Meadows, Woodbridge Rd, Guildford GU1 1BD
Holiday Inn Guildford, Egerton Rd, Guildford GU2 7XZ

5. Do you have a cloakroom? What if I lose my ticket?
There is a cloakroom in Rubix. It is able to take a limited number of bags. Large bags are taken at staff discretion. No item will be given out without the matching ticket being presented unless authorised by the Duty Manager. If you have lost your ticket you will be asked to wait till the end of the event to collect your belongings.
6. What time is the last admission?
Last admission varies depending on the event. Please check your tickets and specific event info for details.
7. Where is the nearest cash point?
There are no cash machines at Rubix because the Venue is cashless. Therefore only debit and credit cards are accepted.
8. Is there disabled access?
Yes – please come to the side gate of the venue located on Stag Hill and inform security staff.
9. Is there access to a disabled toilet?
10. Do carers get a free/discounted ticket?
All guests with a disability are entitled to one free carer ticket.
11. At a PA event, is there a specific wheelchair viewing area?
We can make arrangements for disabled viewing if required. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to arrange this with you.
