A Who’s Who guide to RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12 Guest Judges!

With Season 12 of RuPaul’s Drag Race just around the corner, we take a look at the big names that will be Kiki’ing and throwing shade with Ru, Michelle, Carson and Ross behind the iconic judges desk! From pop icons to political powerhouses, there’s someone for everyone as the fun kicks off on February 28th!

Following in the footsteps of Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera and Miley Cyrus, this iconic hip-hop diva will be dropping in for the season premiere to cast her eye over the the entire cast. Who knows if we’ll see another iconic interpretation of the Queen of Rap herself like the one Kenya Michaels gave us all the way back in Season 4?!

After teaming up with Sam Smith for “Dancing With A Stranger” and giving us all “Motivation” on her own hit single, Normani will sashay her way onto the judging panel to cast her eye over Ru’s girls!

Living legend Whoopi Goldberg will assume the role of judge before started a run as Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act The Musical here in London this Summer, as moderator of “The View” in the USA, she’s no stranger to offering frank opinions – let’s just hope no-one reminds her about Yvie Oddly’s Snatch Game performance!

After pledging her allegiance to Nina West last season, politician AOC is back on the race this year as a judge – and knowing a thing or two about harsh crates herself, she is bound to be a fair and compassionate voice on the panel.

She’s every woman and we’d bet money on Chaka Khan seeing two drag diva’s lip syncing for their lives to her iconic hit on the main stage!

“Dancing On My Own” featuring Raven and Jujubee went down in history as one of the most emotional lip syncs and Drag Race herstory and now the Swedish songstress will be making her in-person debut on the show in Season 12!

Saturday Night Live comedian and Ghostbusters actress Leslie Jone will realise a dream this season as the superman finally appears on the panel!

Independence Day and Jurassic Park actor Jeff Goldblum will surely be looking out for ROAR-some fashions as our queens take to the runway – and we’ll be in good hands if anymore dinosaurs show up!

She may be handy with a light-sabre but will turn to the dark side when it comes to judging Ru’s Queens? We’re sure Daisy Ridley will be using the force on the panel – and could we see a Star Wars themed runway?!

Another actress who is no stranger to the Star Wars franchise (appearing as Val in “Solo”), Thandie Newton has also appeared in Oscar Winning film “Crash” and won an Emmy in TV sensation Westworld – this award winner will certainly bring a level of insight into who should take the crown!

Let’s hope Olivia Munn’s role as Psylocke, one of the Four Horsemen of villain Apocalypse in X-Men doesn’t bring too much bad news for any of the contestants!

Known for her comedy/musical TV show “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”, the hilarious Rachel Bloom will no doubt bring a lot of laughs to the panel – and could her expertise be used for another live musical extravaganza reminiscent of Season 6?!

YOU GO GLENN COCO! Likely to making a joint appearance, could the inclusion of these Mean Girls stars point towards a challenge including The Plastics? Let’s hope they tap into their inner Cady Heron’s and not their Regina George’s when it comes to the judging!

As a former America’s Next Top Model contestant, Winnie is no stranger to the runway and her knowledge of the inner workings of reality TV make her a perfect fit for Drag Race!
